These are a few drawings I did for a project I completed not so long ago at uni. I was looking at animals and their place within society and social class...fox hunting, bird shooting, etc...

This is one of my print designs for my latest project at uni.
I chose to base my project around the book, P.S I love you (such a good read, wayyyy better than the film).
I used tights and laddered them creating random holes and gatherings which I bound using thread. I scanned the work in and manipulated it in Photoshop.
The unravelling of the journey and the emotions conveyed within the book reflected the tearing of tights...blahh blahh

I got this image from a really cool blog i found called I heart Alice. Check it out if you like grungy fashion....oh, but it's written in German, so you might just have to make do with the pictures if you can't translate.

Kate Moss modelled the latest Topshop collection featuring laddered tights and jumpers with horizontal stipes. The ripped tights became a key inspiration to my work at uni.
